Meet Our Chef!

Founded in Louisiana in 2009, local gourmet talent John Mounger personally created all of the dry mixes sold today. He comes from a long family history of cooking and has been in the kitchen since he was 10 years old. He has been involved in the food and restaurant industry ever since. John understands the challenges that sometimes arise in everyday life and knows that Creole & Company products can help you serve amazing food in just a short amount of time, yet taste like it cooked all day. He has said that it’s so simple his 9 year old can do it!
